Prices :We set our prices in euros, based upon comparable euro prices charged by local hotels & self catering accommodation of comparable standards. However, we welcome payments in either euros or pounds sterling (see below). To assist UK guests, given the current low value of the pound, we have held the pound sterling exchange rate we use at 2008 levels (approx 1.2 /£). Wherever you are from, you can choose which currency you prefer to pay in ! So if you're from the UK you'll know exactly what the cost is when you book ! If you book with a hotel then you'll pay in euros and (due to exchange rate variations) you won't know the pound sterling equivalent until the day you book out !
Please note that there are no "hidden extras" with our prices. They even include your Taxe de Sejour (Tourist Tax) that all hotels in La Rochelle (and many self catering properties) charge extra for - and you often don't find out until you check out ! See below for the full list of potential "extras" that are all included in our prices - all of which could otherwise add up to an extra 95 euros per week for a couple (165 euros if you have a car !)

And if you book during the festive months of December or January, we will donate 5% to charity, regardless of when the booking is for. Over recent years £2,400 has been donated to either Amnesty International, Mιdecins Sans Frontiθres or the Tsunami disaster appeal.

Booking by the night (for long weekends etc) is available September - May. Different minimum booking periods and changeover days apply depending upon the time of year : see availability calendar. However, some flexibility may be possible - ask us. A 5% single occupancy discount is available all year. Prices for bookings made on a daily basis are charged according to the month in which the days fall. Prices for bookings made on a weekly basis are charged according to the month in which the majority of the booked week falls (i.e. 4 days in June + 3 days in July = June prices. 3 days in March + 4 days in April = April prices). Maximum stay bookable is 3 weeks (variable for returning guests - please enquire).
